For family issues here in Italy I couldnt go and I passed my ticket to a person in Austria who couldnt use it because it didnt work to enter the venue and she wants a rumbursment from me!! Please che k with the first seller and send me my money back.

Viagogo took our money for F1 tickets and parking. They never sent the original tickets.
They gave my husband a completely blind option, one hour before we were to leave for Monza, IT, to have the same or better (as advertised on the site) seats for Viagogo's mistake. He pressed the button and did not receive the same or better seats, but rather $400.00 less per ticket, tickets that were not even seats. Then, they had the nerve to blame my husband for pressing the button in the first place, indicating that they could no longer help us (to get a refund) for this now *** experience.
We will have our credit card company refund us and go after Viagogo for what definitely appears to be fraudulent practices. The tickets were purchased way back in July!!
Just send the *** tickets. Apparently, this happens with Viagogo a lot!!

We will have our credit card company go after Viagogo!! False advertising!! Bait and switch. MANY similar complaints from other VERY unhappy customers. Never again will we use this site for tickets. It is the Expedia of event tickets!! Completely gross!!

So I sold my tickets from viagogo at the venue itself and found cheaper tickets for the same concert there for the same set of stands . Enjoyed the show at half the price and same seating . Moral of the story : never again viagogo for sure

Tickets not delivered

We ordered tickets for Juventus Turin. Match is on 26th November.
We ordered and paid for the tickets in September. Payment was taken and tickets confirmed in September.
Having not received the tickets the day before, we call customer care and were reassured the tickets would be delivered.
Today still not having received the tickets, we called again to be told they have not received the tickets from their supplier and all they could do is offer us a refund...
We travelled here from another country. Incurred flight expenses and hotel and other expenses trusting ViaGogo's guarantee... useless
They offered us a link to alternative tickets, most of the time the link does not work.
When it does there are no available tickets. Later in the day still no alternative tickets, yet they sent us another email stating tickets for the match are still available for purchase, that link does not work either...

- - Ticket fraud at checkpoint, we couldn't enter, police report filed, and it happens often with Viagogo.
We came from Israel to Milano for the Formula 1.
When we came to the check point the guard told us that both tjckets are fraud tickets and did not let us go to the tribune!!!
We got police report about it. They told us that it happend frequently with viagogo!!

- - Viagogo failed to deliver on time despite assurances and I never received the tickets.
I'm an ordinary person (not famous) who has never received two tickets, to go to the performance 'Bolle and friends' on 18th June 2022 in Milan, paid two months before on line (380.14 euros).
Viagogo was incapable to deliver them on time.
I'm really disappointed as I called this notorious group and they reassured me I was receiving the tickets, which I couldn't get with the first delivery in May, on time to go to Arcimboldi Theatre in Milan on 18th June 2022.
After lots of emails and phone calls I have never seen my tickets.
It's a shame!
